Microsoft Buys SyntaxTree

Redmond-based Microsoft said Wednesday that it has acquired SyntaxTree, a developer of a plug-in which connects Microsoft's Visual Studio to the game development engine Unity. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Unity is heavily used in the development of cross platform games. SyntaxTree was based in France.
