Redfin Highlights Hot Property With New Feature

Seattle-based online real estate firm Redfin said Thursday that it has launched a brand new feature, Hot Homes, which highlights homes it believes are likely to sell quickly. Redfin said it identifies "Hot" homes when there's an 80 percent or higher chance of that home having an accepted offer within two weeks of its debut. Redfin explained that it is using an algorithm that looks at over 500 attributes of each home, including price, property type, and neighborhood, to determine the "hot homes".
