Axiom EPM Acquired by Chicago Company
Portland-based software developer Axiom EPM, a developer of software used for enterprise forecasting and financial reporting, has been acquired by Chicago company Kaufman Hall. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Kaufman Hall said the acquisition will help it bolster its cloud-based software for advanced planning, modeling, analysis, and reporting in the healthcare, banking, and higher education industry. Axion EPM's CEO is Peri Pierone. According to the companies, Kaufman Hall was advised by William Blair and Company in the deal; Axiom EPM was advised by Vista Point Advisors.
