Avvo Gets $37.5M

Seattle-based Avvo, which operates an online legal marketplace, has raised $37.5M in a Series D funding, the company said this morning. The new funding was led by Coatue Management, and also included Benchmark Capital, DAG Ventures, and Ignition Partners. Avvo operates an online website where people can find--and rate--lawyers. The new funding brings the company's total raised to just over $60M. More information »
