Reports: BlueKai Deal Worth $400M

Yesterday's acquisition of BlueKai, the online advertising platform provider, by Oracle, is worth a little over $400M, according to multiple reports, citing sources near the company. Oracle and BlueKai had not announced any financial details on the deal.
