Loopfuse Acquired by Salesfusion

Loopfuse, a developer of marketing automation software with operations in Seattle, has been acquired by fellow marketing automation software company Salesfusion, the companies announced today. Loopfuse--which is based in Atlanta, but has operations in Seattle thanks to the merger of Loopfuse and former Seattle social software developer Nearstream last year--was venture backed by True Ventures. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. LoopFuse develops marketing automation software, and was led by Robert Pease, previously of Seattle's Gist.
