ShopIgniter Finds $1.5M More

Portland-based ShopIgniter, the social marketing software developer headed by Matt Compton, has raised $1.5M in a new funding round. The funding was first disclosed in a regulatory filing from the company, which indicates the round is most likely a convertible debt funding. More information »
