Monsoon Commerce Buys Software Line From Access Data Systems

Portland-based Monsoon Commerce said this morning that it has acquired CompassIM, a warehouse management system product aimed at multi-channel retailers. The company said it acquired the software product line from Access Data Systems. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Monsoon Commerce said that CompassIM's customers include freight management firm Geodis Wilson and model train manufacturer Bachmann Trains.
