SharperLending Adds Real Estate Appraisals Customer

Spokane-based Sharper Lending, a developer of web-based software for managing mortgage processing, said last week that one of its products have been selected by lending provider 1st Portfolio Lending. Financial impact of the win was not announced. SharperLending--which is led by Dave Black--said that 1st Portfolio Lending will use its Appraisal Firewall technology to order, process and deliver real estate appraisals. SharperLending develops a wide range of web-based software for the real estate and mortgage industry.
