Extended Results Acquired By TIBCO

Redmond-based business intelligence software developer Extended Results has been acquired by business software giant TIBCO, TIBCO announced this morning. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Extended Results develops business intelligence software which lets users access data on their businesses on their mobile devices. TIBCO said it will combine Extended Results' technology with its Spotfire analytics and data discovery platform.
