Zubii Launches Service To Help You Find A Decent Real Estate Agent

Need a real estate agent? Zubii, a new, Seattle-based real estate startup, said yesterday that it has launched a new, web-based platform aimed at helping connect potential homebuyers and sellers with real estate agents. The new service, created by Keith Akada, Jason Ramos and Steven Fujita, said it is seeking to help users find the "perfect real estate agent"--by tapping into feedback and reviews from prior home buyers and sellers who have used an agent. The startup says it came out of the founders' experience talking with homebuyers and sellers who were "frustrated and defeated" by real estate agents who weren't knowledgeable, professional, or working diligently on their behalf.
