Tableau Sets Initial IPO Range

In a step forward for the company's IPO plans, Seattle-based Tableau Software said in a filing this morning that it now expects to price its IPO at between $23.00 and $26.00. The company--which had filed for its IPO in April--said it intends to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "DATA". The company is looking to raise as much as $215.28M on the IPO of 7,200,000 shares of its common stock. Tableau is venture backed by New Enterprise Associates and Meritech Capital Partners.
