Conscious Company Lands $400K In Seed Funding

Portland-based Conscious Company, a monthly delivery service which sends users eco-friendly home, beauty, and other products via subscription, has raised $400,000, the firm disclosed Friday. The funding came from Birchmere Ventures and angels. The firm is led by James Morris. The firm says it chooses "pure and sustainable products" from companies with the "most ethical goals", and then automatically delivers those products on a monthly basis to users. More information »
