Redfin Opens Up Bidding Stats

Seattle-based Redfin is making it easier for real estate buyers to understand market dynamics, with the release of a new tool. Redfin said it released its new Insights, providing real time statistics and notes from its agents about offers Thursday, giving in depth information on whether offers were accepted, if bids went up or down, or more. Redfin said the data is only information you could get by working for months with a "savvy real estate agent."
