SEOmoz Buys Portland's AudienceWise

Seattle-based SEOmoz, the provider of serach engine optimization and related software, is announcing today that it has acquired AudienceWise, the Portland-based SEO firm founded by Tim Resnick and Matthew Brown. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, SEOmoz said it plans to open up a new, second Portland office. AudienceWise focuses on consulting to news publishers and e-commerce sites. The firm is the third, local Portland firm acquired in SEOmoz in recent months, and follows the acquisition a few months ago of Followerwonk and GetListed.
