TriQuint Names Board Director

Hillsboro, Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor said Wednesday afternoon that it has named Roderick Nelson as a new, independent director at the RF IC provider. Nelson is at consulting practice Tritech Sales and SErvice, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of AT&T Wireless Services in Redmond.
