Big Fish Launches Cloud Gaming Service
Seattle-based casual game developer Big Fish has launched a new, cloud gaming service, the company said Tuesday, which will allow users to play casual games running in the cloud. The new service, Big Fish Unlimited, runs on PC browsers. Mac browsers, tablets, smartphones, connected TVs, and other platforms, including the Roku streaming player. Big Fish announced a strategic partnership with Roku on that effort. Big Fish explained that the cloud gaming service will allow it to provide content from its existing library of more than 2,500 PC games, without requiring updates or porting to run on the new service. The new service will costs users $7.99 per month.
