Viewpoint Construction Software Gets $76M In Private Equity Investment

Portland-based Coaxis, the parent company of Viewpoint Construction Software, announced this morning that it has received $76M in a private equity investment, from TA Associates. Coaxis said the minority investment will go to accelerate the flow of new products and services to its customers. Viewpoint Construction Software develops a range of accounting, compliance, project management, and other products aimed at mid-sized and large construction firms. Coaxis/Viewpoint is headed by Jay Haladay. According to the company, it now has over 1,200 construction firms using its products. More information »
