DocuSign Raises $47.5M
Seattle-based electronic signature firm Docusign has just raised $47.5M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. Details on the funding have not yet been announced by the company. DocuSign's prior investors include Frazier Technology Ventures, Ignition Partners, Salesforce.com, Scale Venture Partners, Second Century Ventures, Sigma Partners, and WestRiver Capital. As part of the funding, Mary Meeker of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers joins the company's board, per the filing, but it's unclear if KPCB is an investor in the round. More information »
