Hark In Deal With Universal
Seattle-based Hark, the online entertainment site headed by David Aronchick which lets people share sound bites from movies and films, has inked a deal with Universal, to license promotional audio content from the studio. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Hark said it has gained access to nearly 100 films in Universal's library, including Animal House, The Blues Brothers, The Breakfast Club, and Bridesmaids. The deal will allow users to find clips in those films and share them with their friends.
