Lockerz Buys Chick Approved

Seattle-based social rewards and fashion site Lockerz said Friday that it has acquired Chick Approved, an online fashion community. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Chick Approved is an online site founded by Jeff Turnbull, Brett Miller and David Dripps, along with YouTube star Megan Parken. Lockerz is venture backed by Liberty Media Corporation, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, DAG Ventures and Live Nation Entertainment.
