EthicsPoint Acquired In Private Equity Rollup

Lake Oswego, Oregon-baesd EthicsPoint, a provider of corporate complianec and governance software, has been acquired by private equity firm Riverside Company, and wrapped into a new firm. EthicsPoint, ELT, and Global Compliance Services--which all serve the compliance industry--will merge into a single company. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. EthicsPoint President and CEO Mark Reed becomes CEO of the new company.
