Hubbub Health Launches To Spur Healthy Lifestyles

Portland-based Cambia Health Solutions, which operates a portfolio of health care information, software, insurance, and other health related companies, said today that it has launched Hubbub Health, a new online service to spur people to live healthier lifestyles. The new service uses gameification, social networking, mobile apps, and more to encourage people to meet personal health goals. Hubbub's service offers up "Challenges", such as going to the gym, working on pullups, bringing your own lunch to work, and more--all aimed at becoming more healthy. Hubbub also indicated it is offering up special plans for employers, who can offer up incentives to encourage their employees in healthy habits.
