Ecova Buys Energy and Sustainability Management Firm

Spokane-based Ecova, which provides energy and sustainability management services, has acquired a fellow energy management firm, LPB Energy Management. Ecova did not say how much it will pay for LPB, but did say that LPB had revenues of $18.4M for the year ended December 31, 2010, and $15.0M for the nine months ended September 30th, 2011. Ecova is headed by Jeff Heggedahl. The firm helps businesses manage their energy consumption, costs, and carbon footprint.
