Ecova Wins Rite Aid

Spokane-based Ecova, the operator of energy and sustainability management programs for corporations, reports this morning that it has scored Rite Aid as a client. Ecova said it will provide monitoring and energy management services to Rite Aid, at approximately 4,700 Rite Aid pharmacies nationwide. Financial details of the win were not announced. Ecova, which is headed by Jeff Heggedahl, helps companies manage their energy costs and monitor their carbon footprint; the firm is a subsidiary of Avista Corp.
