ValueAppeal Names COO

Seattle-based ValueAppeal, the online property tax appeal service headed by Charlie Walsh, said Friday that it has named Eric Brown as its Chief Operating Officer. Brown joins the firm from Radiant Asset Management, where he was co-founder and CEO. He also has served at RAF Technology, Onyx Software, Vericept Corporation, and OneSecure, among other companies. As part of the announcement, ValueAppeal said it has moved to a larger headquarters in South Lake Union.
