Tideworks Signs Customer

Seattle-based Tideworks Technology, a developer of software used to manage the terminal operations of shipping lines, said today that global container shipping firm APL is implementing it software. Tideworks said APL is implementing its software at a facility in Joliet, Illinois, with operation scheduled to being in the fourth quarter of the year. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. APL is a unit of Neptune Orient Lines (NOL).
