Microsoft Aims At Salesforce.com, SAP, and Oracle
Redmond-based Microsoft Corp. has set its sights squarely on Salesforce.com, SAP, and Oracle customers, saying today that it has launched a new "Coud CRM for Less" offer aimed at attracting those users away from those other platforms. Microsoft said that customers of Oracle, Salesforce.com, and SAP can switch to its own, online CRM service, and receive $150 in cash per user seat -- minimum 50 seats -- to convince companies to switch ots its Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online software.
