DocuSign Shifts CEO

Seattle-based electronic signature firm Docusign said today that the firm's chairman is taking over as CEO of the company. DocuSign said it has appointed Keith Krach, the company's chairman of the board, as CEO. Krach has been Chariman of the firm for more than two years, and was the co-founder of Ariba. Krach takes over from current CEO Steve King. Neither King nor the company gave a reason for the shift, nor what King will be doing next.
