Lockerz Raises $36M

Seattle-based Lockerz, the social advertising firm headed by Kathy Savitt, said today that it has raised $36M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by DAG Ventures, and also included Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Live nation. The firm said it expects to raise additoinal capital in the round in the next 60 days, bringing the Series C to $45M. Lockerz operates a site where users sign up and earn points for uploading photos, answering questions, viewing videos, and other activities, which can be traded in for discounts on products.
