ChoozOn Gets $3.2M For Deal Discovery

Bellevue-based ChoozOn, an online startup focused on deal discovery and social shopping, said today that it has raised $3.2M in a Series A angel funding. According to the firm, the round was led by Michael Orsak of Worldview Technology Partners, and James Brown of AVG Ventures. Choozon allows users to follow their favorite stores, brands, daily deal services, and friends, to help them get access to the most relevant deals to them. The firm is headed by Nick Weir.
