Lucid Commerce Gets $8M

Seattle-based Lucid COmmerce, an advertising analytics company focused on television, said Friday that it has raised $8M in a Series C financing round. The round was led by Rho Ventures, and also included StarVest Partners, Positec USA, OVP Venture Partners, and Greycroft Partners. The firm, which is headed by Tyson Roberts, develops technology to help track and measure the effectiveness of TV advertising. As part of the funding, Doug McCormick, veeture partner at Rho Ventures, has joined the company's board. More information »
