MOD Systems Mark Phillips Gets Four Years In Prison

Mark Phillips, a former executive at Seattle's now defunct MOD Systems, was sentenced to four years in prison on Friday, for his role in defrauding MOD Systems and lying to the court. MOD Systems had raised more than $35M in funding for its digital media kiosks for retailers, from investors that included Toshiba and NCR.
