Expedia Bolsters AARP Travel Site

Bellevue-based travel site Expedia said Tuesday that it has bolstered a white label travel site it runs for the AARP, with new TripAdvisor and Walk Score tools. Expedia said it has added the tools to the AARP Travel Center, which is powered by the firm, and offers up travel booking services to AARP members. the new addition allows user-generated reviews from TripAdvisor to be displayed on hotel searches; the Walk Score information displays points of interest within walking distance. Expedia has been powering the AARP site since 2008.
