F5 Adds EMC Atmos Support

Seattle-based F5 Networks said today that it has added support for EMC's Atmos cloud storage product as part of its F5 ARX Cloud Extender products. F4's Cloud Extender is a product which connects and transfers file data to cloud-based storage, as part of storage tiering efforts at companies. EMC Atmos is the data storage provider's cloud storage service, aimed at enterprise customers; EMC just upgraded the service this week.
