thePlatform Wins Cox Communications

Seattle-based thePlatform, the provider of video publishing tools which is now a subsidiary of Comcast, reported today that it has been selected by Cox Communications. thePlatform said it will provide back end video management for Cox's new video initiative, Cox TV Online. Financial details of the win were not announced. thePlatform has been providing its services to Cox.com since 2008.
