Radisys Buys Continuous Computing
Hillsboro-based Radisys said Tuesday that it has acquired Continuous Computing, a developer of embedded communications software and platforms, for approximately $104M. Radisys said it would pay $73M in cash, $31.9M in stock, plus unspecified earnout for Continuous Computing, whose software is used to implement communications stacks in embedded equipment.
