Ricera Biosciences Sells Bothell Unit

Ricera Biosciences, LLC has sold its Efficacy Pharmacology operating unit, which is based in Bothell, Washington, to contract research firm Numira Biosciences. Numira said that it has acquired laboratory operations in Bothell, Washington, to add to its imaging and pre-clinical services portfolio. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Numira Biosciences is venture backed by vSpring Capital, Crocker Ventures, and the Tech Coast Angels.
