Microsoft: Xbox 360 Kinect Ships 1 Million Units

Redmond-based Microsoft Corp. reported yesterday that it has sold over 1 million Kinect for xbox 360 units in the first 10 days of availability. Microsoft said it expects to sell 5 million of the devices by tht end of the year. Microsoft launched Kinect in North America on November 4th, Europe on November 10th, and is launching over the next couple of weeks in Asia. Kinect is Microsoft's new Xbox 360 accessory which allows users to interact with games using body movements.
