Act-On Software Raises $4M

Beaverton, Oregon-based Act On Software, a developer of marketing automation software, has raised $4M in a funding from U.S. Venture Partners and Voyager Capital. The startup is headed by Raghu Raghavan, who was a co-founder of Responsys. Act On's software is used by businesses to manage their online marketing efforts, including email marketing, landing pages, visitor tracking, and other related marketing. More information »
