Isilon Adds NetHosting

Seattle-based data storage provider Isilon said yesterday that it has added cloud storage firm NetHosting as its latest customer. NetHosting provides online hosting services, including dedicated and managed hosting, and is using Isilon for the firm's cloud storage services. Financial impact of the win was not disclosed. Isilon said the firm's products replace a traditional, storage area network (SAN) system, which had resulted in fragmented client data and slowing performance.
