Microsoft Plans Online Game Store
Redmond-based Microsoft said today that it is planning a new, online PC games store called the Games for Windows Marketplace. The firm said the store will launch November 15th, and will offer up a lineup of games they can purchase and download online. Microsoft said the store will allow for re-download of games that have been purchased, deals and discounts, game search functionality, and more, and was built "from the ground up" for convenience and performance.
