Bocada Rolls Out Free Data Protection Health Check
In a bid to attract some interest from customers, Kirkland-based dBocada said this morning that it has rolled out a new, free "health check" to help companies assess their overall data protection environment. The firm, which develops data protection management software, said its new health check will help companies figure out if their backup environment is operating at 100 percent efficiency, determine problem areas, and figure out how well they are using their data capacity. Bocada said the free service--provided by its partners--will help companies to evaluate improvements to their data protection environment. Bocada's tools are used for monitoring backups at corporate data centers and IT operations.
