Entellium Files For Bankruptcy
Seattle-based customer relationship software maker Entellium filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Tuesday, saying that it had liabilities of $12.7M and assets of $37.7M. The Chapter 11 filing follows the arrest of two of the firm's executives, who had been charged with defrauding its investors and arrested by the FBI in early October. Entellium was venture backed by Ignition Partners and Sigma Partners.
