Dreambox Learning Names CEO
Bellevue-based DreamBox Learning, a supplier of educational math instruction software, announced this morning that it has added Ms. Jessie Woolley-Wilson as the firm's Chief Executive Officer. The firm said the appointment is directly related to the acquisition of Dreambox Learning in April by The Charter Fund and Netflix CEO Reed Hastings. Woolley-Wilson was most recently President of K-12 at Blackboard, and also had served at LeapFrog Enterprises, Myroad.com, The College Board, and Kaplan. Dreambox said that Woolley-Wilson has nearly two decades of leadership experience in education technology and e-learning.
