Webtrends Bolsters Ad Optimization Product
Portland-based Webtrends, the developer of web analytics tools, said this week that it has rolled out a new product called Webtrends Ads. According to the firm, the new software allows marketers a way to create, measure, and improve the performance of the advertising across both the Google Display Network and Facebook Ads. Webtrends said it is using Marin Software's platform for the new product. The company said one of the major features of the new product is support for ad creation, bid optimization, and measurement for Facebook in a single platform. The new software will be available in October to new accounts, with existing customers seeing upgrades to their Webtrends Ad Director accounts immediately, according to Webtrends.
