DocuSign Deploys With Payroll Product

Seattle-based DocuSign, a developer of electronic signature software, reports today that it has partnered with Points North, a provider of payroll reporting and compliance software, to add electronic signatures to Points North' product. The two did not disclose financial terms of the partnership, however, said the new integration allows users who use Points North Certified Payroll Reporting project to electronically sign certified payroll reports. Points North develops software for contractors to report their prevailing waves under the Davis-Bacon Act.
