DocuSign Names Peterson Engineering, TechOps VP

Seattle-based DocuSign, a provider of Web-based electronic signature services, reported Thursday that it has hired Grant Peterson as vice president of engineering and technical operations. DocuSign described Peterson as a 22-year veteran of the product development field. Prior to joining the company, he spent seven years as vice president of product development at LexisNexis. Before that, DocuSign noted, Peterson was director of development at Primus Knowledge Solutions Inc. He has also held various developmental positions at Halliburton Geophysical Services and Sierra Geophysics Inc., DocuSign said.
