UC4 Software Names CEO

Bellevue-based UC4 Software, a developer of service automation and IT process automation software, said today that it has named Jason Liu as its new Chief Executive Officer. Liu was most recently at Univa UD, where he was President and CEO. Liu has also served at Callisto Software, Intrinsic Technologies, and Ravisent Technologies. The firm said that Liu also serves on the boards of Anysource and Ecologic Technologies.
