Cheezburger Network Names CFO

Seattle-based Cheezburger Network said this morning that it has named Pearl Chan as Chief Financial Officer of the firm. Chan joins the firm from CFO Selections, an interim CFO firm, where her clients included Picnik. Chan has also served at Isilon Systems, Metawave, PhyCom Corporation, Sierra On-Line Inc. and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Ben Huh, in an interview with Northwest Innovation, said that Chan's hiring is part of a move to offload management of the firm to professional managers, as he steps into more of a strategic role.
